Basic Requirements for C-School packages:
Last 3 years worth of evaluations, pages 4, 5, and 9 from service
record, no NJP in last 3 years, physical and PRT record(Must have
passed most recent PFA) Some of your more math oriented C-Schools
require Algebra and/or completion of a Physical Science Course with
a grade "C' or better within the last 3 years. Some packages
require a security clearance so be honest about anything in your
past prior to joining the military.
You have up to 5 choices for each CMSID Cycle.
There is only one CMSID Cycles per month. If you are currently
on shore you need to be looking at type 2 duty for your next billet.

Put in a special request chit through your chain of command fill
in the attached document and submit no later than 45 days prior
to the date you wish to have your ceremony!
