Vision: Our goal is to assist our beneficiaries to optimize their health by placing an emphasis on risk reduction & disease prevention. As a part of your health care benefit package, you & your family members can access any of the following courses, classes or referrals without cost. Description of Services: Educational classes and referrals are available to all those eligible for military health care. Group education is also available to promote and maintain wellness and healthy lifestyles.

Highlights: For all active duty commands we offer command physical training classes, mini health fairs and general military training lectures in order to assist commands and ships to achieve the Green H and NEHC awards.  Please call us directly to schedule a service for your command.
